‍About the role
‍We are looking for a passionate Licensed Therapist (LP, LPCC, LSMW, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) eager to make a tangible, lasting impact. Starting on a part-time basis, with a clear pathway to full-time engagement and leadership positions, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of mental health care.
As a Byepolar therapist, you will provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via video sessions. You will also a assign lessons, and monitor outcomes in between sessions.

You will attend one-on-one and peer group clinical supervision meetings, and get robust training to enhance your skills.
We are a still a very small team, and it's important to us that you always have a team behind you to support you.

• Specialized experience: In-depth knowledge and clinical experience in bipolar disorders treatment with CBT.

‍Responsibilities:
• Clinical: Deliver top-quality psychotherapy to individuals with bipolar disorders.
• Administrative: Uphold meticulous patient records.
• Expansion: Actively contribute to the service's growth strategy to full-time status.
• Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to newly onboarded therapists.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with psychiatric professionals for integrative treatment approaches.
• Outreach: Engage in community and educational initiatives on bipolar disorders.
• Professional Development: Remain informed on treatment advancements and licensure requirements.
• Assessing risks, and the ability to manage patient crises.

‍Requirements:
• Unrestricted LSCSW, LCMFT, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• In certain cases we may be able to hire a LMSW as well, and provide supervision that counts towards hours.
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
• Comfortable with digital platforms for remote therapy delivery.
• Flexible availability for a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
